After your appraisal, you have the decision to either complete the sale and have the money transferred instantly, or alternatively, if you would like some time to think about our offer we can give you 48 hours to decide whether or not you wish to proceed. If you decide after leaving that you do wish to sell the vehicle to us, we would need to have a quick once over check to ensure the car is still in the same condition as when we appraised it. If you decide to come back to us after 48 hours, you would need to book another appraisal slot and have the car completely revalued.
For us to purchase your car we will ask for you to have the V5 document and any service history documentation available. You will also need to bring along some personal ID.
